This form is to be used if you need to register for council tax at a property in the Durham County Council area and you are not already registered.
If you provide your email address we will send you a receipt.
In order to complete this form you will need the following information:
your new address and contact details
the date you purchased the property, or the date your tenancy started (if applicable)
the date you moved into the property and details of anyone else over the age of 18 moving into the property with you.
if the property will remain unoccupied, please provide a correspondence address
the name and address of your landlord (if applicable)
your bank details if you wish to pay by Direct Debit
